Precision Glassworks spigot system provides a semi-frameless glass balustrade system with the very unobtrusive spigots, this system can be supplied both with and without a handrail. Grade 316 stainless steel, ground fixed spigots in satin finish gives our spigot system the added touch of sophistication and functionality.

It passes BS 6180 with a 0.74kN rating when using 12mm toughened glass.
The maximum height for this system is 1120mm and maximum glass span is 1300mm as this is what our glass is tested to.

The system can be made to different heights for additional charge, and it can be used in designs with custom acute or obtuse corner angles upon request.

by using the adjustable handrail elbows available both in vertical and diagonal versions meaning angles on a level section or angles going down the stairs are suitable!

For heights over 8m we would urge you to use a handrail on this system and if possible, use a wall flange to fix into a wall giving it that additional level of support

The spigot system glass balustrade is suitable for use internally and externally and 0.74kN rating means it's perfect for residential and light industrial use provided there is limited footfall traffic.

Please note spigots are not an ideal solution for stairs as will require additional charges for shape cut outs.
